Finalist Great British Cured Meats Awards

We are delighted to announce our Mace & Allspice Coppa made the finals of the British Cured Meats Awards.

Over 200 charcuterie businesses in the UK were invited to enter the competition.  Judged by Guild of Fine Food - the top 10 products in each category move onwards the final judging.  The finals will be held in Borough Market, London at the end of May 2018.

Really looking forward to taking part and meeting other producers from around the country and chuffed that our charcuterie is up there with some of the best of British Charcuterie.
