A week of fine food across Northern Ireland

We were delighted when Simon Dougan from Yellow Door Catering asked us to be part of the menu for the Tourism NI Awards at Enniskillen Castle.  The menu featured our smoked paprika & chilli coppa as part of the starter.  The pictures looked fantastic.

At the other side of Ni in County Down, the brilliant chef Tim Brunton of the Boathouse in Bangor served charcuterie boards featuring our chorizo, coppa, fennel salami, garlic & black pepper salami.  Served with breadsticks and olives stuffed with our rosemary & thyme bresaola.  A real talking point!
