Chorizo

We were delighted to be awarded 2 stars in the Great Taste Awards 2017 and bronze in Blas Na hÉireann 2019.

Our chorizo is made from locally reared Northern Irish pork, seasoned with a blend of hot and sweet smoked paprika certified from the Pimenton De la Vera region of Spain - the judges said, "the aroma hit us squarely in the face and we loved it."

Our artisan chorizo has been cured, fermented and air-dried to create a flavoursome addition to any dish.  Each mouthful has a lovely sweetness from the Dulce paprika ending with a "gentle tickle on the back of the throat from the hot Pimenton, an outstanding chorizo"
